Scottish Contract Boost for Novus Property Solutions
Repairs and maintenance specialist Novus Property Solutions is continuing to develop its client base in Scotland, having won a joint procurement bid to provide services to Manor Estates Housing Association and Melville Housing Association.
Novus will begin working with the associations in April as part of a five-year deal to provide reactive and emergency repairs to their housing stock, factored properties and void properties in various locations, predominantly Edinburgh and Midlothian.
The new £1.5 million-a-year contract builds on Novus’ existing relationship with Manor Estates, to whom the firm already provides painting and decorating services.
Manor Estates has 974 properties which require maintenance and it is expected Novus will complete 3,000 repairs for the association each year, to a value of about £500,000.
