DDC Helps Dogs’ Home

Dulux Decorator Centre has donated over £3,000 worth of Dulux Trade paint and materials to help rebuild the Manchester Dogs’ Home, following the devastating fire in September last year.

Dulux Decorator CentresThe donation will be used initially to refurbish Crofters House, a Grade II listed building which is currently used as the main reception and offices.

Beverley Whitehead, Marketing Manager at Dulux Decorator Centre, said: “Manchester Dogs’ Home is right on our doorstep and we were all shocked and upset by the fire earlier this year.

We wanted to do something to help the home recover and we hope our donation will go some way towards that.”

Home Manager at Manchester Dogs’ Home, Steve Mapley, said: “Dulux Decorator Centre’s very generous donation saves us a lot of time and resources when we’re trying as hard as we can to get the Dogs’ Home up and running again”.
