Grime fighting experts at Big Wipes are pleased to confirm that at this month’s Painting & Decorating Show the company raised much needed funds for the Help for Heroes charity, thanks to unwavering generosity of the tradesmen and visitors at the event.
Across two days the Big Wipes team, led by the stunning Big Wipes Babes, handed out hundreds of Big Wipes handy packs, containing industrial–strength cleaning wipes, and Help for Heroes wristbands to visitors in the aisles. With newly grime-free hands the lucky recipients dug deep with each paying a £2 donation in exchange for the packs of wipes (usually priced at £4), which went straight into the Help for Heroes fund. In total an incredible £675 was raised, helping to fund the vital work that the charity carries out every day for ex-servicemen and women.
Big Wipes’ Managing Director, Nigel Dibbo, said: “The Painting & Decorating Show was a fantastic event for us. The stand was inundated with painters and decorators who all wanted to find out more about the grime busting power of Big Wipes’ market leading products.
“It was also great to give something back, especially to a charity as worthwhile as Help for Heroes. We’re extremely grateful to those that put their hands in their pockets to contribute to our fundraising efforts. We’d like to thank every one of them for helping us raise such a fantastic amount.”
