National Painting and Decorating Show 2019 preview
At this year’s National Painting & Decorating Show, Axus Décor (Stand 27) will be unveiling three new products, holding live demonstrations and hosting their biggest giveaway to date.
They will be giving away hundreds of instant prizes and entering couldn’t be easier, grab an egg from their giant Flex-E-Fill tub, open it to reveal your prize and claim it. They will also be hosting an additional contest where you can win £250 worth of Axus goodies. To enter this competition, simply post a picture of you using an Axus/OLFA product followed by the hashtag #AXgoodies. The winner will be announced on 3rd December via their instagram page @axusdecor.
They will also be running live demonstrations of their two most popular fillers; the Q3 Filler and the Flex-E-Fill. This pre-mixed product can be used to fill damage of any depth and also delivers a fine finish in the same, single application. It is very fast drying and has the ability to increase elasticity accordingly (by working the filler between two filling knives). Its flexibility prevents the recurrence of hairline cracks and its creamy consistency makes it extremely easy to apply, grabbing and holding onto surfaces well. A new 5L pack size has been introduced which will be available to buy at a special discount price during the show.
In addition to this, they will also be demonstrating a wide variety of OLFA products including the XSR heavy duty scrapers. These scrapers feature a steel hammerable end which is perfect for those tough removal tasks and an ergonomic rubber wrap-around grip that reduces hand fatigue. They work best when used with a long and flexible OLFA blade. These blades minimise damage to the substrate underneath and provide you with enhanced leverage resulting in rapid removal.
