Sadolin on Par

Sadolin PV67 Heavy Duty Varnish has provided a, long-lasting finish to wooden surfaces at a premier sporting centre.
Widely regarded as one of the finest courses in the East Midlands, Kedleston Park Golf Club is the proud host to many prestigious events and tournaments.

At its heart is a clubhouse offering the finest Derbyshire hospitality, where Sadolin PV67 Heavy Duty Varnish has been applied to the facility’s bar area.

Steve Oldknow, a painter and decorator from Belper, selected Sadolin PV67 for the refurbishment.

Steve said: “I’d never used the product before but it was recommended to me on decorating forums.

“I then watched the videos on the Sadolin YouTube channel, which helped me to come to the decision that it was the right product to use.

“I sanded it all down, gave the bar top three coats and the shelving units just one and it was really easy to apply, I used a foam roller and a synthetic brush.

“The application was completed in just one day, while other refurbishment works were carried out at the clubhouse.

“I’m really impressed with the finish and qualities of Sadolin PV67 Heavy Duty varnish and will definitely use it again.”

Robert Simpson, general manager at Kedleston Golf Club, said: “We’d shut the golf club for two days, so it seemed the right time to have the bar decorated.

“It’s now really easy to clean and people have noticed how much fresher and brighter it is.”

Sadolin PV67 Heavy Duty Varnish comes as a two-pack system, and has exceptional scratch resistance. It also features a slip resistant finish. It is often used on floors in sports halls, as well as heavy duty wooden work surfaces such as bars.
