St Anne’s appoints new paint and dec manager
Building, refurbishment and energy efficiency specialist St Anne’s Contractors has announced the appointment
Dwayne has a long and very successful track record in the sector and has worked with the company’s senior management team for more than 20 years. A fully qualified painter and decorator himself, he also has experience of procurement, quantity surveying, works scheduling and contract administration.
The appointment is important for the company because its Painting and Maintenance division has grown significantly in recent months, having won a series of major new contracts for clients across the UK – the Guinness Partnership, Sanctuary Housing, Knowsley Housing Trust, Willow Park Housing Trust and Fusion 21.
“We are seeing substantial growth across several different elements of the business,” said Managing Director Gary Lawson. “This is driving a need for new structures and new teams with specialist skills, and Dwayne’s appointment represents the latest phase in this ongoing diversification strategy.
St Anne’s Contractors has delivered professional painting, decorating and maintenance services for nearly 40 years but the creation of a dedicated Painting and Maintenance division is a relatively recent move, and one which has been accompanied by the creation of new divisions specialising in construction and green building technologies. This strategy has added more than £7 million to the company’s many important framework agreements.
