Show raffle will support vital kids’ charity
At this year’s P&D Show Midlands decorator Kevin Jackson will again be holding a charity raffle on behalf of Birmingham Women and Children’s Hospital. Last year Kevin raffled dozens of products donated by exhibitors raising over £2,000 and this year he is hoping for the same level of support to help buy a critical piece of equipment for the children’s heart ward.
The charity raffle is just part of Kevin’s fundraising work which last year included a trek through the Sahara Desert. He says “So far this year I have abseiled down the Mailbox building and I’m planning another major trek next year. Last year’s support from the P&D Show exhibitors was fantastic and I really hope they all pile in again with their brilliant products.”
Kevin will have his own stand where visitors can buy raffle tickets with the top prize being a Graco spray machine.
