The new features offer Dulux Decorator Centre account customers greater control over their billing preferences, enabling them to access account history, pay and download invoices online, sign up for paperless billing, download agreed price lists and call off from existing pallet arrangements at any time. Online customers also benefit from a wider range of products to choose from, which can be added to a ‘favourites’ list to save time on repeat orders.
Account holders can also get free delivery and nectar points on all purchases; with a Click & Collect service available for customers to order online and pick up their goods from their local Dulux Decorator Centre.
