Record visitor numbers for P&D Show
Attendance figures just released indicate that the industry’s trade fair was the busiest since it launched in 1995.
During the course of the two day event over 3,000 painting and decorating professionals from right across the UK made their way to the CBS Arena in Coventry, the home of the exhibition for the last 20 years.
Said the organisers, “We were delighted to see so many in the decorating community invest their time to come and see what was on offer. Being away from work to attend an exhibition is a big decision and must pay off for visitors. Our exhibitors understand that and did a fantastic job to make sure that time investment was really worthwhile.”
“The many highlights in this record year included the Purdy Mentor of the Year Award, won by Simon Whitaker from Accrington and Rossendale College, the Ciret Grand Prize Daw when six lucky decorators won thousands of pounds worth of tools and ancillaries, and a packed programme of presentations by experts in business development.”

Next year’s trade fair will take place on the 18th & 19th November 2025, again at the CBS Arena in Coventry.
