Reducing maintenance costs with Bradite One Can

Proper maintenance of public property is of vital importance to keep buildings such as schools, leisure centres, hospitals, council housing, courts and offices safe and functional for employees and the public alike.

At a time when public sector budgets are squeezed, it’s essential to find an industrial quality paint that provides superior levels of durability and long-term protection, as well as being an economical and sustainable choice.

Bradite One Can is specifically formulated to withstand daily wear and tear, providing a tough and resilient finish that resists moisture and covers all manner of stains and scuffs.

One Can provides the decorator with an all-in-one primer, undercoat and topcoat. Available in either an eggshell or matt finish, it is highly adhesive, anti-corrosive and formulated to lock in troublesome stains such as water, nicotine, rust or resin bleed.

Says Operations Director, Ben Mottershead,  “One Can is formulated to prime a wide range of notoriously difficult substrates, whether porous or non-porous, including timber, ceramic tiles, glass, powder-coatings and plastics. It works as both an adhesive primer and sealer and can be applied direct to both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. One Can’s excellent coverage means fewer coats are required to achieve a superlative finish.

“Painters will be delighted with its fast-drying characteristics – touch dry in 30 minutes and re-coatable in one hour – which means projects can be completed with minimal disruption. And as a water-based, low VOC coating with minimal odour, the client’s routine business can easily continue in another part of the building. And in another boast for sustainability, the tins used include 50% recycled steel and are themselves recyclable “.

Use of Bradite One Can means a public sector task can be tackled with less paint, less time, and less waste, all adding up to more jobs completed on schedule and on budget.

One Can is available in the full range of RAL, British Standard and NCS colours. The coatings can be applied by brush, roller or spray with equal ease.
