CDC kicks off with talkSport Radio
Crown Decorating Centres have signed a deal to kick off a brand new competition on the UK’s largest national commercial radio station.
The agreement will see the company become title sponsors of a regular Footballer of the Month feature on talkSPORT.
Presenters Paul Hawksbee and Andy Jacobs, who host the afternoon show between 1 and 4pm, will pick their player of the month and listeners will be asked to guess his identity from a commentary clip in which the player’s name has been bleeped out.
Winners, selected at random from the correct text entries, will receive £250 of CDC vouchers courtesy of sponsors Crown Decorating Centres.
The partnership will be supported by on-air trails and advertising on the station’s website, talkSPORT.com.
Paula Taylor, Marketing Manager at Crown Decorating Centres, said: “talkSPORT is the biggest sports radio station in the world, so it’s an important channel of communication.
“We believe a good percentage of professional decorators have a strong interest in football and will listen to the station – and take advantage of the competition.”
