Irish decorative paint brand Colortrend will be showing its latest range of premium quality paints at this years P&D Show.
Prime 1 ACRYLIC is a multi-purpose water-based primer with superior stain blocking and adhesion properties. It can be used on MDF, PVC, fascia and soffits as well as glass and ceramic tiles. It can also be applied on exterior woods, especially hardwoods and features good knot and tannin blocking properties. It can also be used to handle difficult stains such as water, smoke and nicotine.
Prime 2 EPOXY has, say the company, all the qualities of a traditional shellac primer. It’s waterbased and virtually odourless. As well as handling problem stains and odours such as fire and water damage, It can be used for priming kitchen cabinets or preparing furniture for repainting. It has good levelling and blocking properties ensuring the gloss level of the topcoat is protected.
Prime 3 OIL is a multi-purpose, multi-use oil-based undercoat. It will adhere to all surfaces and can be applied under and over most paints, including oil, enamel, acrylic and vinyl. It can be appilked over varnish and woodstain .
Prime 4 PSU is a primer, sealer undercoat. It is excellent on plasterboard, brick and concrete and offers superior protection against blistering, flaking or peeling. The Colortrend Prime range is the professional secret to a perfect finish.
