Dulux Trade Supports London Playground
A helping hand from Dulux Trade.
Dulux Trade has shown its support to a central London playground project by supplying a range of its coatings for redevelopment works. The seven-acre children’s playground at Coram’s Fields, which includes sports pitches and meeting rooms, was refurbished by Dulux Trade client, Sainsbury’s, as part of its Charity of the Year project.
Each year, the Sainsbury’s store development team adopts a charity, and this year Coram’s Fields was chosen as a beneficiary of the scheme. Dulux Trade donated a number of its products for the redecoration of the site’s guide hall and public toilets.
Specifically, Dulux Trade Flat Matt was applied to the Guide Hall’s interior surfaces and Dulux Trade High Gloss to the doors, frames and skirting boards. Over 40 members of the Sainsbury’s supplier trainee programme assisted in the renovation, which is due to be completed in the summer following outdoor resurfacing and landscaping works.
