Just Painters Ltd is a new a specialist Employment Business for the Painting & Decorating Industry. It aims to only provide skilled, experienced painters/decorators on demand nationwide.
The company is also partnered with one of the UK’s leading training providers to help time-served decorators achieve NVQ qualifications to recognise their skills and help them to get work more readily.
Said a company spokesman , “One of our directors has many years, first-hand experience in the trade and while running various sites for major painting contractors he found lots of problems using employment agencies, the biggest was the agencies providing unskilled labour. This was neither time of cost effective. It seems this is a big issue that companies face across the UK “.
“We want break the stereotype that agency painters are not as good as direct labour“ he concluded.
