New Store Format from Dulux Decorator Centre
Dulux Decorator Centre has launched a new store format with the aim of offering greater speed, convenience, and flexibility to customers.
The company currently has four stores in the new format, each focusing on pre-order and collection services.
There are new stores in Balham and Stevenage while the existing stores in Reigate and Brighton Freshfields have been refitted into the new format.
Customers can order online for a click and collect service or arrange a delivery straight to site.
An expert team will be on hand to support customers in each location – and decorators can also use in-store digital screens to browse the range and find out more about the products on offer
Each store will include:
- A trade counter-style layout, with no traditional shopfloor
- A range of essential products
- Digital browsing terminals for key product and service information
- Internal collection lockers to support seamless pick-up
