Aqua Primer – a One Can solution from Dulux
Dulux Trade is simplifying surface preparation with its new Aqua UniPrimer, a multi-surface, water-based primer that also serves as a sealer, stain block, and undercoat.
Offering a one can solution for prep work, it’s advanced formulation seals and primes surfaces, while also effectively blocking tough stains like water, nicotine, grease, and tannin bleed and preventing rust on metal substrates. A high-opacity and smooth finish means it can also double as an undercoat.
The new primer also delivers very good adhesion without the need for sanding. Applications include interior and exterior surfaces, including wood, metal, uPVC, glossy pre-painted surfaces (water-based or solvent-based), glass, and tiles.
Aqua UniPrimer is touch dry in just 30 minutes and ready for a top coat in an hour.
Dulux Trade Aqua UniPrimer has undergone the rigorous Dulux Trade ‘Tested & Approved’ process. This means that it has been trialled in the lab, then by decorators in controlled environments and onto real-world projects.
