Long reach sander is light and easy to use

Festool has added the lightweight, easy to use PLANEXeasy LHS-E 225 long-reach sander to its range. Claimed to be the lightest long-reach sander with direct drive on the market, the new sander features a brushless motor without flexible shaft that is virtually maintenance-free and ensures optimum power transmission. Easy handling makes sanding as quick and trouble-free as possible, say the Festool.

PLANEXeasy, which does not need to be assembled, can be used for sanding walls and ceilings, sanding plasterboard and dry wall filler, for removal of carpet residue, coats of paint, coverings, adhesives, loose plaster and other coatings. A range of system accessories is available including a carrying bag, carrying harness.
