Instarmac’s Sunday Times Award
Tamworth based manufacturer, Instarmac Group plc, has been placed in The Sunday Times’ annual ‘Top 100 Best Small Companies To Work For’ list for the sixth time.
The top 100 places are awarded following research conducted by Best Companies, this accreditation focuses on workplace engagement. Instarmac has achieved 3 star status, the highest level possible.
Instarmac also won the ‘Innovation in Engagement Practice’ special award. This award is recognition of their two holiday homes in Padstow and Tenerife. Employees may use these homes free or charge and even receive travel expense contributions.
