P&D Show prize from Crown Paints
Always a highlight in the decorating calendar – the 2012 National Painting and Decorating Show will hold a particularly favourable memory for Leicestershire decorator Tony Dunn, after winning £1000 in Capital Bonds vouchers.
Director of Platinum Painting Contractors Ltd, Tony was entered into the free prize draw after visiting the Crown Paints’ stand at the event held in the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
The paint manufacturer was at the show promoting key professional coatings brands Crown Trade, Sandtex Trade, Sadolin and Macpherson – as well as it national Crown Decorating Centres network.
As a regular customer with Crown Decorating Centres, Tony was then contacted by Crown Paints’ Contractor Sales Manager, Ben Adams, and invited to receive his prize at his local store in Leicester city centre.
Tony said: “I was really shocked when I got the call to say I had won the vouchers.
“You always enter these competitions at exhibitions but never expect to win. To receive the call was a fantastic surprise.
“I haven’t decided where I will be using the vouchers just yet but I am sure my wife will have a good idea of what to do with them.”
Ben Adams added: “We always like to run special competitions for those who take the time to visit our stand at exhibitions. We are delighted for Tony.
“Crown Paints will be back at the show in November 2013 – drop by and say hello and you could win a fantastic prize too!”
