Blockade sealer primer in new 500ml size
Smith & Rodger’s Shellac Primer brand Blockade is now available in a handy 500ml size, exclusively through Crown Decorating Centres.
Up until now Blockade has been available in 1L, 2.5L and 5L sizes. The 500ml is being introduced due to demand for smaller projects and one off uses, and covers approximately 6 square metres.
Managing Director Ian McAslan said, “We have seen demand for Blockade increase exponentially since its launch to the trade in 2018. However, we have also seen the demand for smaller project use or difficult one off areas of damage or staining that need to be sealed in before the area can be painted. This is where the 500ml size is ideal and comes in to its own.”
“The 1L, 2.5L and 5L are all available through Crown Decorating Centres and many other stockists throughout the UK and Ireland. The 500ml size will be available nationwide exclusively at Crown Decorator Centres thoughout March & April.”
Blockade has been formulated to permanently kill stains and odours,seal knots and cover damage from water smoke and mould.
Blockade Shellac Sealer Primer provides good adhesion to most all interior surfaces such as previously coated and new wood, plaster, drywall, porous wallcoverings, metal and tile and requires minimal preparation before use. The pure shellac base permanently blocks stains and odours, and can cover even the dark colours.
Blockade dries in 15 minutes and can be overcoated in 45 minutes.
