Emperor launch hydrophobic coatings
A range of high performance hydrophobic masonry paint and crèmes had been launched in the UK by Emperor Paints.
Verified by the Energy Saving Trust, the products claim to offer “exceptional” energy saving properties.
In addition the UKAS accredited laboratory Lucideon, found that Emperor Paint products displayed high degrees of water repellencey, breathability and heat retention. Tests carried out at the Lab included a 25 year weathering process, after which no signs of deterioration in performance or appearance were shown, say Emperor.
The two coat masonry paint is highly waterproof, breathable, heat retaining & self-cleaning. It is available in a range of popular colours in 5 and 10 litre tubs.
It can be used on any substrate.
The masonry crème available in the range is waterproof, highly breathable, heat retaining & self-cleaning and provides an invisible masonry protection cream for brick & stone.
Masonry cleaners and primers are also included in the range.
