Most people happy with tradesman
New research commissioned by Toolstation reveals that 65% of Brits were very happy with the tradesperson’s work last time they used one and would definitely hire the same person again.
Tradespeople scored even higher in the North East and Scotland where 71% and 70% respectively gave them a resounding thumbs up.
John Meaden, Director of Marketing at Toolstation, believes these results are an endorsement of the standard of work carried out by UK trade. He says: “Repeat work and a strong customer base are important for any business, so this is good news for UK tradespeople, indicating a high level of customer satisfaction and quality of work. It’s good news for homeowners too – having confidence in tradespeople on whom they can rely to get a job done and done well.
The research was carried out by Toolstation to find out more about British homeowners’ attitudes to running and caring for their homes.
